• Your own personal business mentor
This one-to-one service could enable you to access a range of practical advice and guidance on growing and developing your business on an ongoing basis.
• Business Skills Workshops
Group workshops are available on a range of business related topics including business planning, market research, customer care, business finance, employing people, developing ecommerce, accessing new markets and developing business strategy.These workshops can
be accessed individually or as a series depending on your business needs.
• Specialist one-to-one advice on business disciplines
Topics covered include financial planning and forecasting, management and administration, tax and bookkeeping, marketing and sales.
• Support with public sector tendering
You could access support to help you bid for public sector contracts, including specialist procurement advice and a mentor who can guide you through the process. There are also a range of workshops on this topic.
• Linking businesses with networking opportunities and established entrepreneurs
You could attend a wide range of networking events and also learn from established entrepreneurs and their business experiences. Support with established entrepreneurs is available in a one-to-one or group format.
Services include ongoing on-to-one counselling sessions with qualified and experienced business advisors.
