Digital Homeworking is allowing many people to do just that.
 
Digital Homeworking is an opportunity to set up your own business, working from home, handling calls and earning a regular income.
 
You will be set up to receive calls on behalf of a client and following the client’s scripts to deal with the incoming calls. You will have a dedicated line and you will not hand out your own phone number.

 

 
As part of Digital Homeworking you would be given help in setting up your new business, this help would include:
 
  • Provision of a computer, broadband internet and all of the software you need to get started, and a 12 month maintenance contract
  • Free training on computers and customer service (tailored to your needs)
  • Professional Services Package (start-up costs and 12 month legal and accountancy support all paid for you)
  • Home office furniture (e.g. Desk, chair etc) provided for your use if required
 
AND a dedicated person for you to talk to who can help with all your queries to help solve your problems (again for no cost).
 
If you have a polite telephone manner, the ability to input data into a computer system, and you enjoy talking to customers on the phone, then you’ve got what it takes to work for yourself being a Digital Homeworker.
