Richard Large and Dean Radford both worked in the sign making industry but were eager to set up their own business and work for themselves. They decided to bite the bullet and approach BiG: Make it Your Business for support.

 

Setting up a new business in such a competitive industry took a lot of hard work. BiG provided assistance with training, business planning and budgeting, and Richard and Dean put in the hard graft. They soon became the talk of Sheffield’s sign market with a massive £100,000 turnover in their first year trading.

 

Richard said: “We’ve not had a quiet week since we started. The help we’ve been given was fantastic. Everyone has been second to none and we’ve not stopped working since!”
